Republican Main Street Caucus: We Are Proud to Endorse the House Amended 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the Republican Main Street Caucus (RMSC) announced support for the House-amended 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.
"The Main Street Caucus is committed to advancing a bicameral, pro-growth housing package that lowers costs and restores the American Dream of homeownership for hardworking families. After House Financial Services Chairman French Hill and House Republican leadership secured several commonsense reforms, the Caucus is proud to endorse the amended 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.
These improvements will cut red tape, encourage homebuilding, and prevent large institutional investors from pricing families out of the housing market. We support President Trump’s housing agenda and are encouraged by the progress made toward delivering a much-needed housing package. We look forward to voting on this legislation, seeing the Senate take up our reforms, and ultimately having President Trump sign this bill into law."
The Republican Main Street Caucus consists of 85+ conservative House Republicans, led by Chairman Mike Flood (NE-01) and Vice Chair Laurel Lee (FL-15).
