Main Street Caucus Supports Speaker Johnson

Washington, D.C. -Today, Members of the Republican Main Street Caucus unanimously supported Mike Johnson (R-LA) as Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. During the 118^th Congress, Main Street Members, alongside Speaker Mike Johnson, cut $2 trillion in spending over four years, reformed welfare, and worked to unlock American energy. Main Street will continue to lead in the 119^th Congress. 

Chairman Johnson and Vice Chairman Flood issued the following statement: 

“The Republican Main Street Caucus is ready to deliver President Donald Trump’s agenda alongside Speaker Mike Johnson. We have a lot of work to do to get our country back on track. Main Street Republicans will work to secure the border, deliver tax relief to American families, and reduce spending.”
