Main Street Caucus Leadership Applauds Passage of Rescissions Package

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republican Main Street Caucus Chairman Rep. Dusty Johnson and Vice Chair Rep. Mike Flood released a joint statement following passage of the Senate-amended rescissions package.

"We applaud President Trump's ongoing focus on getting federal spending under control. This rescissions package codifies important spending cuts identified by his administration by ending funding for foreign programs that are antithetical to American values, stopping woke gender and climate programs, and reining in wasteful spending.
